socialBro Privacy Policy

Effective date: May 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how broFam LLC collects, uses, stores, and protects information in connection with socialBro.

1. Company Information

socialBro is operated by broFam LLC, a Florida company. References to "socialBro," "we," "us," and "our" mean broFam LLC and the socialBro service.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how socialBro is configured and used, we may collect or process account information, administrator information, connected social account identifiers, access tokens, refresh tokens, API credentials, product data, product images, product URLs, video files, captions, hashtags, generated scripts, publication status, logs, and related workflow metadata.

3. Information From Third-Party Services

socialBro may receive information from connected third-party services such as social networks, commerce platforms, AI providers, advertising platforms, video generation services, and analytics tools. This may include account identifiers, media objects, post status, product catalog data, video generation results, token expiration data, and API responses.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to operate socialBro, authenticate connected accounts, generate and review social content, prepare product video assets, publish or schedule content, process workflow queues, troubleshoot errors, maintain security, and improve internal operations.

5. OAuth Tokens and API Credentials

socialBro may store OAuth tokens, refresh tokens, API keys, and related credentials needed to connect with third-party services. These credentials are used only to provide authorized functionality. Access should be limited to authorized administrators, and credentials should be revoked or rotated when no longer needed.

6. AI and Automation Providers

Content, product information, scripts, image references, captions, and other workflow data may be sent to AI or automation providers when features such as caption generation, script generation, or video generation are used. Do not submit sensitive personal information unless it is necessary and authorized.

7. Video, Image, and Product Data

socialBro may store product images, video files, generated landing pages, captions, product identifiers, product URLs, and publication metadata. Some generated assets may be publicly accessible when they are created for third-party video generation, social publishing, or review workflows.

8. Logs and Diagnostics

socialBro may create logs for operational, security, and troubleshooting purposes. Logs may include timestamps, workflow actions, API response codes, record identifiers, product identifiers, and error messages. Full secrets and access tokens should not be intentionally logged.

9. Sharing of Information

We share information with third-party services only as needed to operate connected features, comply with legal obligations, protect rights and security, or support business operations. Third-party services process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to operate socialBro, maintain records, troubleshoot workflows, comply with legal obligations, and support connected services. Administrators may remove certain generated pages, uploaded videos, queue records, or tokens when no longer needed.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards designed to protect information. No system can be guaranteed completely secure. Administrators are responsible for using secure credentials, limiting access, and maintaining connected account security.

12. Your Choices

Connected accounts can be disconnected by revoking tokens, removing credentials, or changing permissions in the relevant third-party platform. Generated content and stored workflow records may be removed through available administrative tools or by an authorized administrator.

13. Children's Privacy

socialBro is intended for business and administrative use. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Privacy Policy or socialBro will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

15. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above identifies the latest version. Continued use of socialBro after updates means you accept the revised policy.
