socialBro Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of socialBro, a social media management and content workflow tool operated by broFam LLC.
1. Company Information
socialBro is operated by broFam LLC, a Florida company. References to "socialBro," "we," "us," and "our" mean broFam LLC and the socialBro service.
2. Use of the Service
You may use socialBro only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all content, media, captions, links, product information, and account actions submitted through or managed by socialBro.
3. Third-Party Platforms
socialBro may connect with third-party services, including social networks, commerce platforms, advertising platforms, AI providers, and video generation tools. Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms, policies, permissions, and API rules. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, rejected posts, account restrictions, data errors, or other actions taken by third-party platforms.
4. Content and Account Responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before publication. This includes captions, hashtags, product claims, product tags, affiliate or commission disclosures, video creative, images, prices, availability, and landing pages. You agree not to publish unlawful, misleading, infringing, deceptive, or unauthorized content through socialBro.
5. AI-Generated Content
socialBro may use AI-assisted tools to generate captions, scripts, hashtags, product descriptions, video prompts, or related content. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and must be reviewed before use. You remain responsible for final content approval and publication.
6. Product, Health, and Marketing Claims
Any product claims must be accurate, supportable, and compliant with applicable law and platform policies. Comfort, support, cushioning, and fit language should not be converted into medical treatment claims unless properly substantiated and legally approved.
7. Access and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials, access tokens, API keys, connected accounts, and administrator access. You must promptly revoke or rotate access if credentials are exposed or account access is no longer authorized.
8. Availability and Changes
socialBro may be changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Features that rely on third-party APIs may change or stop working if those services modify their policies, permissions, endpoints, or review requirements.
9. No Warranties
socialBro is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free results, successful publication, increased revenue, platform approval, or compatibility with all third-party services.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, broFam LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of socialBro, connected services, published content, failed publications, account actions, or third-party platform decisions.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless broFam LLC from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of socialBro, your content, your connected accounts, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party platform rules.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or socialBro will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
13. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above identifies the latest version. Continued use of socialBro after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
